I offer a range of corporate wellness services including yoga classes, mindfulness, guided meditation, and talks on building resilience through wellness practices both in person and online.

What do I mean by resilience? Resilience is our ability to cope with the day-to-day challenges and stresses of life. I will guide your team through the importance of building up resilience, how to carve out their own wellness practices and my trifecta of resilience - Sleep, Movement & Eating Well.

These sessions are a great way to foster a healthy and happy working environment, fortifying your teams mental wellbeing.
